Health benefits of green tea.

As a Chiropractor, I always try to stay healthy and advocate to other people to also live a healthy lifestyle. I came across an article on the health benefits of green tea and thought that I would like to share that with you.

 

1) Improve brain function - the active ingredient in green tea is caffeine. There is various brain functions that improves, it is almost like a Cervical adjustment from a Chiropractor, that will also improve brain function.

 

2) May promote fat burning - the scientific community is still divided if green tea actually helps with fat loss. Some theories states that the caffeine in the tea will increase your basal metabolic rate.
